Overview

After 20 years in the practice of architecture, followed by 26 years in the practice of construction law, I have concluded that a very great need exists in Southeast Georgia for competent attorney ADR neutrals who understand the unique challenges that face owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors when attempting to resolve construction disputes. 

So I have decided to redirect and devote my practice to service as a mediator or arbitrator in resolving construction and design disputes.
